Mountain Cement Company, Albany County’s largest non-government employer is our client. Mountain Cement operates several quarries and a cement manufacturing plant. Because of the nature of its operations, Mountain Cement constantly interacts with Wyoming’s environmental quality and tax agencies, and with state and federal land management agencies, and we represent Mountain Cement before all agencies. We also represent Mountain Cement on contract, real property, minerals and employment matters. We have successfully litigated several matters for Mountain Cement, principally construction and contract disputes.
