Cohen, Esq. and Jonathan Gardner, Esq. Mr. Cohen and Mr. Gardner had previously worked together at Universal Studios in the Worldwide Television Division. received his Juris Doctor from UCLA Law School. While at UCLA Law, Mr. Cohen obtained his degree with an emphasis in business law and was honored to speak at his law school commencement. Mr. Cohen received his undergraduate degree from The University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. While at UC Berkeley, Mr. Cohen was honored to serve as President of the Associated Students of the University of California. Mr. Cohen also has the dubious distinction of being a former child star appearing most notably in the role of Chunk in the 80’s cult film The Goonies, directed by Richard Donner and produced by Steven Spielberg. In 2008, Mr. Cohen was profiled by Variety in its Dealmakers Impact Issue. Additionally, Mr. Cohen was named one of the top 35 entertainment executives under 35 years old by The Hollywood Reporter. received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. While at UVA, Mr. Gardner founded the entertainment law review and interned at the Motion Picture Corporation of America, working on such hits as Dumb & Dumber and Kingpin. Mr. Gardner joined the business affairs department of PolyGram Films and later served executive terms at Universal Worldwide Television and Fox. received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola Law, Mr. Garrett served as Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review, a research assistant to entertainment professor F. Jay Dougherty and studied abroad at the University of Bologna, Italy, earning an award for excellence in international business organizations. Mr. Garrett received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, where he studied American Constitutional and legal history. Prior to joining Cohen Gardner, Mr. Garrett contributed to several high-profile entertainment appeals, including those involving The Doors, Anna Nicole Smith, and “Gone in 60 Seconds.”.
