About Bray & Long PLLC Attorney Office: Bray & Long PLLC provide Bray & Long, PLLC was founded on April 1, 2003. Our express purpose was to provide sophisticated legal services to small and mid-size corporate clients throughout the Carolinas who sought an alternative to the “big firm experience,” but who likewise demanded that there be no drop-off in the quality of the legal services provided by their firm.  In the years since our founding, we have quickly grown into a multi-attorney law firm capable of representing clients in all types of sophisticated corporate transactions and complex business litigation. We employ the best available attorneys and support personnel in order to provide the level of service demanded by its clients, and strive to continually offer consistent and timely counsel and representation to each and every client, whether large or small. Approximately one-half of Bray & Long, PLLC’s practice consists of the representation of small to mid-size companies in the context of general corporate transactions and business litigation. We work with clients in dozens of industries such as construction, marketing, media and retail commerce. From a litigation perspective, our attorneys handle millions of dollars of disputes on an annual basis, ranging in diversity from business break-ups to non-compete disputes and trade secret infringement.  In short, the range of corporate legal services offered by Bray & Long, PLLC is broad enough such that our clients rarely, if ever, require a referral to associate counsel. In circumstances (such as where patents are involved) where an outside area of expertise is required on behalf of a client, we maintain a network of trusted professionals to whom the client’s specific matter can be referred. In this instance, our attorneys typically maintain oversight of the particular issue on behalf of the client.    The remainder of our practice is unique among other firms in the region, however, in that we emphasize work in the fields of motorsports and entertainment. Being located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bray & Long, PLLC is perfectly situated to assist clients competing in NASCAR. We currently represent or have represented teams, drivers, sponsors, agencies and marketing groups. Our clients have won events in all levels of racing, including Sprint Cup, Nationwide, Camping World Truck, Indy Car, ARCA and Hooters Pro Cup.
