Today, Jeff Lovinger and Ken Kaufmann, two attorneys who worked as associates for Tom Nelson, own and manage the Firm. Associate Charles von Reis and Office Manager Dana Hurley assist in carrying on the Firm's tradition of providing quality legal services specific to energy and utility law. Although the name of the Firm has changed since its inception in 1996, Lovinger Kaufmann has retained its small, personal atmosphere, its tailored practice, and its reasonable fees, while its attorneys have grown exponentially in experience.
